     The sofa maker company Vizcaino is betting on the renovation with a new factory of more than 5,500 m² in Albacete, Spain. With an height of 10.5 meters and offices inside, the new industrial warehouse will serve to modernize the manufacturing process of the company, and will help to increase the production by up to 30%.

The warehouse structure combines prefabricated concrete and structural steel. The enclosures are of concrete and the cover is of type sandwich PIR.
